Meeting with Otto J.Jelinek
Managing director of ENVISS T.I. Jan D.Cermak has met with Mr. Otto J.Jelinek after his appoitment by Czech Government for coordinator of acquisitions of investments to Czech Republic and promoting of Czech Republic in the world. Otto J. Jelinek hold a number of important positions in Canada, he was Minister of Labor, Minister of Sport(Winter Olympic Games in Calgary in the year 1988) and also was Minister of Public Works. Since 1996 up today he has been director of Deloitt&Touch for European part. He and his sister have a title of World Champion in figure skating from 1960´s. Otto J. Jelinek is impartial and his appointment was agreed by the present government and oposition also - this is not so usual in our country and it shows that choice of him is a perfect step.

Thanksgiving Day with Canadian Chamber of Commerce
Meeting of managing director of ENVISS TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL, INC. Jan D. Cermak and President of Chamber Mr. Peter Formanek. Celebration of Thanskgiving, which has been started by His Excellency Ambassador of Canada Bruce Jutzi was visited by all members of Chamber. Main menu was the traditional turkey.

Mrs. Eliska Haskova - Coolidge and Jan D. Cermak, managing director of ENVISS TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL, INC., on meeting Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Prague. Mrs. Eliska Haskova - Coolidge spent 18 years in The White House beside five American Presidents, than in a high positions at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United States. She cooperates with the Diplomatic Academy in training of Czech diplomats for their work abroad.

During his visit and lecture at the University of Calgary has met President of the Czech Republic Mr. Václav Klaus with Vice President of our Canadian branch Mr. Jaroslav (Jerry)Jelinek( Honorary Consul of Czech Republic in Canada).
