The handling of waste material is thus removed, and dust loading entirely eliminated. In October 2009, ENVISS PRODUCTS supplied a comprehensive solution of the necessary air-conditioning with the main focus on an efficient filtration when exhausting the waste during final paper processing as a part of the complex of a technological entity for the paper factory in Ucaly, a city in the Ural Mountains in Russia. PROENVISS, our main product, brought a perfect result which satisfied all the requirements assigned for the solution, thanks to its capacity for the creation of projects, design, completion, and assembly. With an absolute efficiency of 99.99% as proven by measurements, the paper factory achieved the removal of waste particles capturing by the filtration media, and the return of clean air to the production area directly from the filtration chamber, without any need for further adjustments. The total volume of the processed air is 6000 m3/hr, but as one can read from our references, using PROENVISS, there is no problem in designing and building filters with a capacity of many tens of thousands m3 of filtered air. Our products do not merely occasionally appear on the Russian market; this is already the sixth supply during the past two years.

Currently, it focuses on gaining new customers in the field of crude oil mining in the Alberta Province, and furthermore from the fields of thermal energy production, industrial production, and the pharmaceutical industry. Now, it will be the organization responsible for our activities in the South American region. It will be provided all the system means and experience from our company’s operations in Europe. The company in Canada is co-directed and represented by Mr. Jerry Jelinek, who is also a Director of the local branch of Czech Trade and also the honorary consul of the CR in Canada. This step is the natural reaction of our company to the challenges the market gives us, and we believe that we will succeed and deliver fresh air to other parts of the world!
We handed over the filtration system for de-dusting of the area on April 21st, 2009 to a user from the stone and gravel processing industry. We achieved the exact parameters requested by the customer in the assignment, where the stress was not only on the volume of the necessary separation, but also on the operational costs for future periods. Using the PROENVISS system, we not only met the requirements for the job, but during the creation of the project, we also improved one of its technology parts so that it became a subject matter of patent proceedings.

These are the criteria which led our customer to once more rely on PROENVISS – the system tool of our company.
