MPC - Management of Partnership with Customers
Its implementation and development in our company is a bit older than MPS – Management of Partnership with Suppliers, because this trend has begun almost simultaneously with the rise of the business itself. All the items in the company are cost items, only the item: “Customer – sales” is a profit item! All must be based on this, and eventually a good businessman realizes that the customer must not be viewed as a competitor, instead we must gain him as a partner. One must fight a competitor and that costs all one’s energy. With a partner, there is cooperation and everybody profits from it. All the results of our work are focused on the customer in the form of perfect satisfaction of its needs.
MPC is an elaborate process, continuously improved, and organically alive. It contains the set of partial processes, with sources: the ICS – Integrated Control System, and PROENVISS - our own system tool including its systems of executive and industry tools.
The goals are:
1. To find the target groups – learn the customer, indentify its problem, prepare solutions and determine precise technology applications, ensure general supply, and launch in operation
2. Help with the subsequent correct use and application of technology and similar devices, as well as create a list of suitable services
3. By monitoring the technology during its operation, acquire the data necessary for evaluation of the operation, reliability, or verification of correctness of the supplied solution, provide to the investor or operator the data on operation, maintenance performed by its employees, external influence, consumption, etc.
All the acquired data and information is processed in our systems and evaluated. The conclusions are made based on the results and the eventually adopted measures, and results in the benefit of information on further development and improvement. Therefore, the communication with our customers, whether past, current, or future, must not be interrupted, because the mutual flow of information throughout the entire chain is important for us so we are able to provide excellent solutions.
