3. Ad-hoc teams

 Ad-hoc teams (i.e.: “For this one specific purpose”) are one of the principles of ENVISS PRODUCTS functioning. Our system I-T-Search divides suppliers into individual categories and in those the individual legal and natural persons from the required fields are accredited.

In the field, this means that after an evaluation of the submitted problem by the customer, our coordinator puts together a team from accredited external subcontractors, eventually seeks other specialists, and hires them for processing the selected tasks. Using the interactive-communication system, the experts from various countries cooperate in an online regime very quickly and precisely. This manner excludes the need to keep on staff an excessive amount of employees and allows the company to invest only in rewards for specifically performed tasks, which allows us to offer more competitive prices on the market. ENVISS PRODUCTS is the first company in its industry working on this principle in such a large scope and in such a developed way.
