2. ENVISS-AUDITOR

ENVISS-AUDITOR auditing system is a set of verifying processes. Its task is to control, eventually repair, and permanently improve the setting and abiding processes of the entire supplier’s chain, in practice therefore of:

1. ENVISS PRODUCTS s.r.o.
2. All our suppliers
3. Selected subcontractors of our suppliers

The suppliers have to pass:

1. Complete entry audit
2. Production audit (1 to 3 checking days) during production of a specific technology
3. In the case when, for example, “System incompliance during the production process” is found before realization of the next job, the entry re-audits by immediate adoption of corrective measures to complete the production and subsequent adoption of preventive measures.
4. Exit audit (during handover of the completed work)
5. Within 3 years of cooperation perform an entry re-audit

The supplier guarantees and submits:

1. Check of adherence to the pre-defined procedures of its suppliers
2. Verification and logging of the pre-defined procedures of its suppliers
3. Cooperation during the eventual audit of its suppliers with ENVISS PRODUCTS

ENVISS-AUDITOR auditing system is very thoroughly elaborated, and it is continuously being updated and controlled using external auditor and specialized companies. In the majority of cases, we are using auditors from outside to maintain maximum distance during the audit of the controlled subject. Furthermore, using forensic audits, we have our own auditing system revised and updated on a regular basis.
