The legal entity, ENVISS PRODUCTS s.r.o. with registered office at: Barrandova 974 14300, Praha 4, IČ 26189127, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague in Section C, file no. 78214 is the owner, author, and operator of the internet server located on the domain envisstech.cz.

PROENVISS ® is a registered trade mark registered by the Industrial Property Office under the no. 277281. Any and all use of trade marks or identification interchangeable with the trade mark is possible only with the explicit written consent of their registrar / owner.

Terms of usage

ENVISS PRODUCTS s.r.o. and all its partners participating in any way in the creation and content of the envisstech.cz server strive to maintain the correctness, updated status, and expertise of all data published on this server. None the less, ENVISS PRODUCTS is not liable for the correctness, expertise, or updated status of the content of the nvisstech.cz server, which is solely informative and must not be considered a binding source. The operator of the server is not liable for any damages caused by using the information obtained from the server envisstech.cz and recommends to all users to, if needed, verify the data by the competent persons of the operator by requesting preparation of e.g. binding offer etc.

Personal data protection

Envisstech.cz server does not collect any personal data unless the users provide it voluntarily. Company representation

ENVISS PRODUCTS s.r.o. is represented without any limitations by its Executive Officer Jan Daniel Čermák copy of the entry, who is the only person who can bind the company towards other legal entities or natural persons. Furthermore, ENVISS PRODUCTS s.r.o. can be bound only by such a person who has a valid power of attorney issued for such a purpose with an officially verified signature of the above listed Executive Officer. ENVISS PRODUCTS s.r.o. and its statutory bodies are not liable for any actions of other persons and especially for the consequences which can follow from such actions, which will, without its consent, bind it to any obligations or acts.
